This article is about the shooting at the Paris Venue in Bataclan, France that occurred on Friday, November 13, 2015. The survivors describe the fear, nervousness and confusion they felt when they heard the gun shots fire, they were unsure if it was part of the show. After they notice that the lead singer of the band playing face drops and he runs off stage it was when the people realized that it wasn't part of the show and that it was an act of terror. Some of the people just dropped and stayed still, others escaped through side doors, and a few hid in a room or cellar. Approximately 129 were killed and 350 injured. Leaders of France have said their country is now at war.
